The Greater Manchester (GM) Navigator Project
The Greater Manchester (GM) Navigator Project is a youth-focused, violence reduction project based in four Greater Manchester hospitals and in community settings.
Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) Violence Reduction Unit has commissioned the Navigator Project, to be delivered by Oasis until March 2025.
The team of GM Navigator youth workers are based in the four hospital Emergency Departments ( Bolton, Salford, Children’s and Manchester Royal) alongside dedicated clinical leads to support vulnerable young people aged 10-25 admitted as a result of violence.
The team are working with young people , helping them access local support networks and prevent further violence.
